Layne’s Magical Mojito Recipe

  • put 2 tablespoons sugar in a (non-breakable) cup
  • add a handful of fresh mint leaves
  • muddle well with a pestle
  • add 2 ounces Bacardi white rum
  • muddle a little more
  • pour over a glass filled with ice
  • fill remainder of glass with club soda
  • enjoy
  • repeat
